I switched from native 4k to 75% renderscale with TAA on, that gave an incredible performance boost. (i don't even bother with the nvidia gameworks stuff) The renderscale affects all post processing effects and will speed up performance. Vsync doesn't affect performance that much but you should only use it if you are steady above 30 or 60 fps.
Final Fantasy XV. Recommended Version: The PC version comes with all DLC by default with the exception of Episode Ardyn, which has to be purchased separately. It also looks and performs the best and has mod options, so if you have a PC that can run it, then it's definitely the best way to play.

The "best version" is the Stadia one, which has all content plus some exlcusive battles and challenges, nothing really important. The PC one has everything (except Episode Ardyn), Avatara, which allows you to change Noctis' appearance into a Glaive from Comrades (it doesn't change the gameplay though, you're still Noctis, but with another look) and Mod support if you get the Steam version.
2 solutions here: Downgrade your game to 1.25 and lose your savefile, collabs (terra wars, ffxiv) and arydn dlc but get a stutter free game. or buy the microsoft or the origin version of the game these are actually smooth and you can get the microsoft version for 1 dollar with gamepass. On the brightside the steam version is compatible with mods
